The Society for Astronomical Sciences (SAS) Publishes Proceedings of the 2019 Symposium on Small-Telescope Science

The Society For Astronomical Sciences (SAS) has published in May 2019 their Proceedings of the 2019 Symposium on Small-Telescope Science held from May 30 - June 03, 2019. The proceedings include a paper written by the team at MSRO Science, Inc. entitled A Comparison of the Diffuser Method Versus the Defocus Method for Performing High-Precision Photometry with Small Telescope Systems . This paper discusses a newly developed technique to perform high-precision photometry applicable to variable star, minor planet, and exoplanet transit observations.
